How to stop a purchase
Ask through Follow this order while the order still sits at intake or packing. Once a label is printed, refuse the parcel at the door so it returns to the store.
Money back after a stop
Approved pre-dispatch stops refund to the same UPI or card rail. COD stops cancel the collection. We cannot unwind a delivered, accepted pack except under the refund plate.
